The (First) Amazing Race!

We made it!
Two teams raced all across South Metro Manila last Sunday, April 29, to win for glory in the Amazing Race: Young Adults Edition.
The prize? Tickets to Spiderman 3!!!
But the life lessons the teams learned are definitely more valuable than any season-premiere ticket.
So, once more, let's look back at those moments that defined our gutsy players from Team Ceejay and Team Budz :)

The Race:
CJ tries to make up for lost time as he makes this Yamaha RS100 trike literally fly on the road during the first leg of the Race (Church to Don Juan). The task: Bring water to Pastor Alex' house.
The two teams ransack the Santos house for the next clue after misreading the last clue they received. (They should have been off to Festival Mall by now!!!)

The task: Look for Sam. Buy a magazine closest to the birth year of your designated driver, then meet him at the parking lot.
"Sa wakas nakita ka rin!!!" -CJ
Linking up with Mark at the parking lot--finally! The team searched through three levels of parked vehicles before finding their designated driver.

By now, Team Ceejay has a commanding lead, reaching Villa Villa in Las Piñas first. The task: Get as many plastic eggs possible from the bottom of the swimming pool. The eggs contain money for them to buy a gift for a special person.

Now it's back to homebase, and a down-the-wire race ensues...
